03 — Tracked From Australia
You'll receive an email with your tracking number at dispatch. Standard shipments use Australia Post International. Express shipments are sent via Australia Post Express International, connecting with local carriers such as USPS (USA) and Canada Post (Canada).
04 — Delivered to Your Door
Genuine, sealed, in-date product — exactly as ordered. Standard deliveries may not require a signature. Express shipments may require a signature upon delivery (carrier policies vary by country).

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
We stand behind every order we dispatch. Here's exactly what to expect if your parcel doesn't arrive as expected:
Order hasn't arrived within the expected window?
Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 7–21 working days of dispatch. We'll investigate with Australia Post or the local carrier. Inquiries must be raised within 30 days of your invoice date — orders older than 35 days from invoice may no longer be traceable in some destinations.
Damaged in transit?
If items arrive damaged and cannot be used, we will replace them subject to carrier investigation and stock availability. Where replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the product price.
Customs-rejected parcel returned to us?
If your parcel is rejected by customs and returned, we'll refund the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

Yes — the USA and Canada are our two primary international markets. All orders are fully tracked and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
How do I get free shipping?
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for US orders over $125 USD and Canadian orders over $170 CAD. No code required.
Will my order be held at customs?
The vast majority of personal-use orders clear customs without issue. Occasionally parcels are held briefly for inspection — this is normal and usually resolves within a few days. Smartway is not responsible for customs delays, but we're happy to assist if you need documentation or support.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. Standard orders ship via Australia Post International tracking. Express orders connect with USPS (USA) and Canada Post (Canada) for local tracking updates.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't show up?
Contact us at support@smartwaypetsupplies.com. We'll investigate and resolve the issue. Please report missing orders within 30 days of your invoice date.
